Refund Policy
Clear information about payments, cancellations, and your rights.
Last updated
No refunds, except where required by law. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not refund previous payments. Current Program Reset offers are one-time purchases with no recurring charge.
No refunds
All Program Reset purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This applies to course purchases, membership payments, and subscription renewals.
We do not offer a voluntary refund window, money-back guarantee, or prorated refund for unused access. Changing your mind, not using the courses, or cancelling after a renewal does not create a refund entitlement under this policy, unless the law requires otherwise.
Review the course descriptions, available previews, included access, and billing terms before purchasing. Contact us if you need help deciding whether a course fits your needs.
Your consumer rights
This no-refunds policy does not remove a refund, cancellation, or other remedy required by applicable law. This includes any applicable rights relating to non-delivery, misrepresentation, or defective digital content or services. Accessing a lesson does not by itself waive a statutory right.
Alberta consumers retain their rights under the Consumer Protection Act. See the Government of Alberta’s consumer protection guidance.
Stopping future billing
If you have a recurring plan, cancel before the next renewal to stop future billing. Cancellation does not by itself refund payments already made; the no-refunds policy above applies, subject to your legal rights.
Current Program Reset offers are one-time purchases and do not renew. If you have a separate recurring agreement, use its payment-provider cancellation controls and check the confirmation. Access continues through the verified period already paid for. Contact support if you cannot cancel. Signing out or requesting account deletion does not cancel a payment agreement.
Unexpected charges or access problems
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, or paid access has not been delivered, email support@bowtiekreative.com with your account email, payment date, order or transaction reference, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords or full card details.
We will review the issue and provide any remedy required by law. Where a refund is due, we will arrange it through the original payment provider where possible; the time for the credit to appear depends on that provider and your financial institution. Any legally required refund deadline still applies.
Reporting a problem to us does not take away your right to use a payment provider’s dispute process or any remedy available under law.
Current purchasing status
Only offers with an available checkout can be purchased. A free preview or an account provided for testing does not create a charge or paid subscription. Review this policy and the included access before paying. Offers marked “Coming soon” are not accepting payments.
