About Program Reset
Program Reset is a visual learning platform at programreset.com, operated by Bow Tie Kreative in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bow Tie Kreative. These terms cover the website, your learning account, and the course materials made available to you.
Read these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Any specific purchase terms will be shown before you place an order.
Your account
Use accurate account information, keep your password private, and use only an account you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access.
Use Sign out when you finish on a shared device. Signing out does not delete your account or saved progress.
Learning and access
Available access depends on your account and any membership or course access granted to it. A public lesson preview does not automatically include access to the whole course library.
Our lessons provide general education. Examples and practice scenarios are illustrative. Completing a course does not guarantee employment, income, sales, search rankings, or a particular business result. You are responsible for checking whether a technique is appropriate for your circumstances and for following the rules of any platform you use.
We may correct, improve, or update lessons as information changes. We do not promise that every lesson will always remain in its current format. Any paid access remains subject to the purchase terms and your applicable consumer rights.
Using course materials
You may use the courses you can access for your own learning and apply what you learn in your work. Program Reset and its licensors retain the rights in the site, illustrations, lesson text, and other protected materials.
Unless the law permits it or we give written permission, do not resell course access, share account credentials, republish lessons, remove ownership notices, or distribute copies of the course library. Third-party names and links identify their respective owners; their inclusion does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Using the site responsibly
Do not use Program Reset to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, or access accounts or materials without permission. Do not bypass access controls or interfere with other learners.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect accounts, investigate misuse, or meet legal obligations. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and how to contact us. This does not remove any rights you have for a paid service.
Purchases and cancellations
Available Program Reset offers use one-time payments in US dollars (USD), with no recurring membership charge. Browsing a preview or being given an account does not create a purchase. Offers marked “Coming soon” are not accepting payments.
Before purchase, checkout identifies the price, currency, billing frequency, included access, and any renewal or cancellation terms before you agree to pay. Lifetime access means access to the included course library for as long as Program Reset operates. Only the access described in your purchase is included; additional or future courses are not automatically part of that purchase.
Purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Our Refund Policy explains the details. Cancelling a recurring plan stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund an earlier payment. Deleting an account or signing out is not a subscription cancellation.
Availability and your rights
We aim to provide useful, accessible lessons, but the website may be unavailable during maintenance or because of faults outside our control. External websites linked from lessons have their own terms and privacy practices.
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer guarantees and remedies.
Alberta consumers cannot waive their protections under the Consumer Protection Act. Read the Government of Alberta’s consumer protection guidance for more information.
Updates and contact
We will show the latest revision date on this page when these terms change. Where the law requires notice or agreement to a material change, we will obtain it before applying that change.
